Ayurveda describes three elemental doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and states that balance (samyatva) of the doshas results in health, while imbalance (visamatva) leads to disease.

KIZHI is another wonderful Ayurvedic Therapy one must experience in a lifetime! It is a traditional treatment that uses warm herbal poultices or bundles made of herbs like Shigru (Moringa), Nirgundi (Vitex Negundo), Garlic bulbs, Til oil (Sesame oil), Salt, etc, to nourish and rejuvenate the body.
